Eleven people, including six women and a child, were killed in Israeli attacks on Lebanon on Saturday. This was stated by the Lebanese Ministry of Health on Sunday.

The Israeli attack took place in the southern parts of Lebanon where a total of eleven people lost their lives and another nine were injured. The attack was carried out despite the ongoing fragile ceasefire in the war between Israel and the Iranian-backed Shia militia Hezbollah.

“The Israeli enemy’s attack on the town of Sir al-Gharbiyeh in the Nabatieh district resulted in a massacre,” the Health Ministry said in a statement.

On Sunday, Israel issued an evacuation order for ten villages in southern and eastern Lebanon. This was reportedly followed by new Israeli attacks on several locations with fatal consequences, according to the Lebanese National News Agency.
