Soon there will be more snow.
However, meteorologists have no idea where it will hit.
- It's a rather messy weather situation, says SMHI's Lars Knutsson.
With only weeks to go until Christmas, the weather is turning and getting colder.
This week, temperatures are expected to drop significantly in northern Sweden, says SMHI meteorologist Lars Knutsson.
- We are moving in the colder direction now and it looks like it will last until next week. At night, it can dip quite heavily in northern Sweden with 15–20 minus degrees in Härjedalen and northern Dalarna.
- Even in the southern parts of the country, it looks like it will be below zero during the day, he says.
A new blanket of snow is also expected to fall over parts of Sweden, but which parts it will be is still a mystery to the meteorologists.

- It is a rather messy weather situation and there are several low pressures that do not provide any details, says Lars Knutsson and continues:
- It looks like there may be some rain and snow in Götaland tomorrow, mainly in the interior there may be snow of a wet nature. But it's not huge amounts.
Troll from Trondheim
At the same time as the temperatures drop in Sweden, a low pressure with storm capacity is being created in neighboring Norway.
This week, the "Troll from Trondheim" is expected to attack Britain at full speed, according to the Daily Mail. Several yellow warnings with heavy snowfall are expected around the country.
However, Lars Knutsson does not think that Sweden needs to worry.
