PM Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha issued an order on Tuesday assigning new PM Office Minister Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana to be in charge of the Public Relations Department and the state-controlled Mass Communication Organisation of Thailand (MCOT). BREAKING: Three railway workers were killed in an explosion at Songkhla province's Sadao District Tuesday morning after they were trying a fix a rail track damaged by an earlier explosion on Saturday which derailed a cargo train.
