Russia expels nine Finnish diplomats
The Russian Foreign Ministry is expelling nine Finnish diplomats, according to Reuters.
The decision comes after Finland's ambassador was summoned to be held accountable for what Maria Zacharova, spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, calls Finland's anti-Russian political stance.
Finland said last month it would expel nine Russian diplomats it says have carried out espionage missions in the country.

Huovinen: Lviv attack was probably not aimed at civilians
The Russian robot attack that killed at least four people in Lviv, Ukraine, this morning is unlikely to have targeted the residential building that was hit. Lieutenant Colonel Johan Huovinen makes that assessment in an interview with TT.
- This is unusual and therefore difficult to assess. The Russian reason could possibly have to do with training that takes place in the area or with military equipment that Ukraine has received from the West, he says.
Lviv is in western Ukraine, far from the front lines, and has so far been relatively spared from Russian attacks.

Lukashenko: The Wagner leader is back in Russia
Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin is in Russian Saint Petersburg and not in Belarus, says Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko according to Reuters.
On June 27, Lukashenko said Prigozhin had arrived in Belarus as part of an agreement with Russia. But today he told reporters that the Wagner leader is no longer in the country.
- As for Yevgeny Prigozhin, he is in Saint Petersburg. Where is he now in the morning? He might go to Moscow in the morning.
He also said that the offer to the Wagner group to station soldiers in Belarus still stands and that he does not believe that Wagner soldiers would ever use weapons against the Belarusian state.
Lukashenko further said that he will discuss Prigozijn's fate with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who, according to Lukashenko, will not "get rid of" the Wagner leader.
