Two explosions at the Israeli embassy in Copenhagen

Three Swedish citizens have been arrested in Denmark.
They are suspected of being behind this morning's bombing of the Israeli embassy in Copenhagen.
The explosions occurred between Strandagervej and Lundevangsvej in Hellerup in Copenhagen.
The police announced at a press conference on Wednesday morning that an initial investigation and investigation has begun. Armed police and technicians are on site in the area.
- We will be present in the area for the purpose of creating security, says deputy police chief Jakob Hansen during the press conference.
"Looking at connections"
The Copenhagen police are reticent with information about the incident. They do not state how powerful the explosions have been or whether material damage has occurred, but confirm that it has taken place "in the immediate vicinity" of the Israeli embassy.

The Jewish school is closed
A larger area has been cordoned off around the crime scene where the Copenhagen police expect to remain for several hours.
The Jewish school Carolineskolan is closed on Wednesday after the explosions, reports Ekstra Bladet.
Danish police state that three people have been arrested after this morning's explosions at the Israeli embassy in Copenhagen. Two of them were arrested in the morning during an operation at the central station in the Danish capital.
At a press conference at 2 p.m., Danish police state that it is three Swedish citizens.
On Wednesday morning, the Israeli embassy reacted to the news.
"We are shocked by the explosions near the embassy earlier today. We have full confidence in the Danish police in their handling of the case and the further investigation," writes the embassy in a post on X.
According to sources for Expressen, a person who has connections to gang crime in Sweden has been arrested. It also appears there that it is likely to be hand grenades.
During yesterday evening, shots were fired at Israel's embassy in Stockholm and according to information to Aftonbladet, the ambassador, who was at a public event, had to be picked up by bodyguards.
Tre svenska medborgare har gripits i Danmark.
