Trump: I would love a third term
Donald Trump continues to suggest that he is open to serving a third term, even though it is prohibited by the country's constitution. When ABC News asks the president if he is keen to run for re-election, he replies:
– I would love to do so.
The reporters also wondered if the president is willing to try to change the constitution to try to get a third term:
- I haven't thought about it much.
However, Trump ruled out running for vice president.
Trump's Asia Trip
Wants to meet Kim Jong-Un – opens to extending trip
The US president is open to extending his trip in Asia – if he gets to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, reports NBC News.
– I would have loved to meet him, if he wants to meet, the president says.
But whether a meeting will actually happen is unclear. South Korean officials reportedly see the chances as small.
Donald Trump is due to visit South Korea on October 29-30, and is currently in Japan.
