President Volodymyr Zelenskyj wants to open Ukrainian interest offices in both the German capital Berlin and the Danish capital Copenhagen, focusing on arms production and arms exports.

In addition, joint arms production is planned with both Denmark and Germany.

The announcement on Monday was conveyed by Ukraine's national news agency Ukrinform.

"I see it as absolutely correct that the Ukrainians are focusing on exporting from (the country's) defense industry and technology to other countries," writes Danish Minister of Economic Affairs Morten Bødskov (S) in a written statement to the Danish news agency Ritzau.

"It is definitely something that we can see, and that we are talking to Ukraine about," the minister continues.

In September, it was announced that Ukraine and Denmark will cooperate with Denmark in the production of rocket fuel, with production in Sønderjylland.
