Pol. Gen. Torsak Sukwimon, National Police Chief, and Pol. Gen. Surachet Hakphan, Deputy Chief of Police, attended the press conference on Wednesday, saying that they have no conflict anymore.
"Previously, inconsistent photos presented to the public may have resulted in a mistaken understanding. From now on, all cases involving Pol. Gen. Surachet and other police officers charged in the online gambling websites case will be investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Commission, or NACC, to ensure justice, and there will be no further conflict," Pol. Gen. Torsak said.
Today Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has issued an order for both to temporarily transfer to the Prime Minister's Office for 60 days to let the independent committee examine every conflict in the Royal Thai Police. Read more: https://www.khaosodenglish.com/.../thailands-national.../
