US warns ships in Hormuz: May have to use force
Ships that do not comply with the US blockade in the Strait of Hormuz may be boarded or met with force. This is what the US commander in chief, General Dan Caine, said at a press conference, CNN reports.
He says that the blockade covers all ships that are on their way to or from Iranian ports, regardless of nationality.
– So far, 13 ships have made the wise choice to turn around. As of this morning, the US Central Command has not had to board any ships, he says.

Trump: Israeli and Lebanese leaders to meet on Thursday
The leaders of Israel and Lebanon will meet for new talks on Thursday, Donald Trump writes on Truth Social.
“It has been a long time since the two leaders spoke, about 34 years. It will happen tomorrow,” Trump wrote on Wednesday.
This is the first time Lebanon has heard of such a conversation, a source told AFP.
“We are not aware of any planned contact with the Israeli side and have not been informed through any official channels.”
Representatives of Israel and Lebanon held direct talks on Tuesday, but neither presidents nor prime ministers from either country participated in person, according to the Times of Israel.
