Trump names Vance as "fraud czar"

US Vice President JD Vance has been given increased responsibilities, Donald Trump says.

From now on, according to the president, he will fight fraud – mainly in Democratic states

“We will call him the ‘fraud czar’”, Donald Trump writes on Truth Social.

Vance’s focus will be “everywhere”, but mainly in Democratic states, says Trump, who describes the problem of fraud as extensive and widespread.

“The numbers are so big that, if we succeed, we could literally balance the US budget. Raids have already begun in L.A. Good luck, JD”, Trump writes.

It is unclear what Trump is referring to when it comes to efforts in Los Angeles.
