"By supplying weapons to Ukraine, NATO is actually entering a proxy war with Russia," Lavrov said.

Earlier, Lavrov said a third world war would be devastating. And that nuclear weapons would be used in such a war.

The peace talks continue

The minister also states that further peace talks will be held between Russia and Ukraine in the future. He says both parties have taken "big steps back" in terms of peace talks.
