Continued protests in Tel Aviv: "One last cry for help"
The large demonstrations in Tel Aviv continue on Sunday. The AFP news agency has spoken to 57-year-old Orly Nativ, who is one of hundreds of people who took to the streets to show their displeasure that the Israeli government is not doing more to bring home the hostages held by Hamas in Gaza.
- The government does not care what the people think, and they do nothing to bring back our sisters and brothers from Gaza, says Nativ.
Yoni Peleg is also critical and believes that the protests are "a last cry for help from the whole country".
The organizers of the demonstrations state that around 176,000 people participated on Saturday night.

See the pictures: Journalists allowed into Rafah again
For the first time since Israel's operation in Rafah began on May 6, the military has allowed journalists in. The AP news agency, surrounded by soldiers, testifies to a ghost town.
“Abandoned, blown apart apartment buildings with blown out walls and broken windows. Bedrooms and kitchens are visible from the streets, which are lined with piles of rubble towering over the Israeli military vehicles. Very few civilians remain.”
Israel says it has almost completely defeated Hamas in the city, which has been described as the group's last stronghold in Gaza.
