35,000 stranded at sea due to Iran war
Around 20,000 sailors and 15,000 cruise passengers are stranded in the Persian Gulf as a result of the Iran war. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) told AFP.

Azerbaijan puts army on high alert – preparing revenge against Iran
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has ordered his forces to be on high alert after the suspected drone attack in the exclave of Nakhchivan, reports The Guardian.
The army has been ordered to prepare retaliatory measures. What that means is unclear.
– All hostile forces will feel the full force of our iron fist, the president said in a speech.
According to Azerbaijan, four Iranian drones crossed the country's border and injured four people, writes Reuters.
One of them landed in a terminal building at Nakhchivan International Airport, the second at a school building and the third at other "civilian infrastructure". The fourth was shot down.
Iran denies that they fired the drones.
IDF: 300 of Iran's launch pads destroyed
Since the war against Iran began this weekend, the Israeli military has destroyed 300 ballistic missile launch pads, the IDF said in a post on X.
The airstrikes against the pads are said to have been focused on western and central Iran. The aim, according to the IDF, is to “reduce the scope of the shelling against the territory of the State of Israel as much as possible.”
The IDF further writes that it has so far carried out 113 waves of attacks since the beginning of the war.
