The bridge between the Crimean peninsula and Russia has partially reopened to traffic after the explosion that occurred on Saturday morning.  

This is stated by the Russian Ministry of Transport, writes NRK. It is unclear how extensive the damage to the bridge is. But Russia claims to be driving on intact sections of the bridge.The Russian-appointed governor of Crimea, Sergei Aksionov, states that heavier vehicles must cross over to Crimea via ferry.  

Three people are said to have been killed in the explosion on the bridge.
