Parkinson's expert visited the White House eight times
A doctor who specializes in Parkinson's disease has visited the White House eight times in as many months, the New York Times reports.
On at least one of the occasions, the doctor must have met with Biden's personal doctor.
Since the controversial debate with Donald Trump, several Parkinson's specialists have said that Biden's behavior is consistent with early signs of the disease. According to the White House, however, there are no signs that Joe Biden would be affected.
The New York Times states that it has not been able to determine why the Parkinson's specialist visited the White House.

White House: Biden not being treated for Parkinson's
President Joe Biden is not being treated for Parkinson's disease. The White House repeats that message during a press conference this evening. Several media have recently reported that a doctor who is a specialist in the disease has visited the White House at least eight times in the last eight months.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirms that Joe Biden has seen a neurologist on at least three occasions since he took office, but that those visits were part of Biden's annual health checks.
Jean-Pierre does not want to answer why the Parkinson's specialist repeatedly visited the White House.

Biden on resignation demands: "I will drive to the end"
Joe Biden does not intend to drop out as a presidential candidate. He writes that in a letter to the growing crowd of Democrats who want to see him resign, according to The Hill.
"I hear people's concerns - their well-meaning fears and concerns about what is at stake," Biden writes, continuing that he is confident that he is the right person to beat Donald Trump in the election this fall and that it would be a betrayal of the voters who nominated him as a candidate to drop out.
"How can we stand for democracy in our nation if we ignore it in our own party?", he asks rhetorically, dismissing the media's speculation:
"I will drive to the end and beat Donald Trump."
