Alarm about attacks in several countries in the Middle East

There have been explosions in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iraq, Iran and Israel.

Oil depots in Tehran have reportedly been hit and are on fire.

The Israeli Air Force has carried out an attack on fuel depots belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Tehran.

This is stated by the Israeli military IDF on X.

The IDF writes that the attack has caused major damage to the regime's infrastructure.

Pictures circulating on social media show powerful explosions, flames and black smoke.

The pro-regime Iranian news agency Fars writes that American and Israeli fighter jets have attacked an oil depot in southern Tehran. The facility is located near the Tehran oil refinery, reports Iran's Mehr news agency.

Iran also states that the United States has attacked a desalination plant in the country.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi writes on X that the United States committed a "blatant and desperate crime" by attacking the desalination plant.

The plant is located on the island of Qeshm and is used to turn salt water into drinking water.

"The water supply in 30 villages has now been affected," according to Araghchi.

Explosions in Dubai and Israel

On Saturday evening Swedish time, there have also been reports of attacks and explosions in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iraq and Israel.

Several explosions have reportedly shaken Jerusalem in Israel, according to AFP journalists.
