Russia has attacked several new Ukrainian cities during the morning.
Pictures show how Lutsk, Dnipro and Ivano-Frankivsk were subjected to bombings.
"Everyone should take protection!", Writes Lutsk's governor on Facebook.
Early on Friday morning, the plane alarms sounded in several Ukrainian cities. Then came reports of rockets hitting the cities of Lutsk, Dnipro and Ivano-Frankivsk.
Russia's Defense Ministry later confirmed that it had carried out "high-precision attacks" on two air bases in western Ukraine.
According to the BBC, a factory has been bombed in the industrial city of Lutsk, in western Ukraine, which specializes in repairing engines for fighter jets.
Explosion at preschool
Yuri Pohuliaiko, the governor of the Volyn region where Lutsk is located, says at least two maintenance workers were killed and six injured in the attacks. A total of four attacks have taken place.

In strategically important Dnipro, in southeastern Ukraine, several explosions have been reported. Two of them are said to have broken down near a preschool and a large apartment building.
Pictures on social media show how the rescue service is trying to put out fires in destroyed buildings in the city.
"Meter Ukraine may never get back"
Russia expert Oscar Jonsson describes the attacks from Lutsk in the west to Dnipro in the south as a "pliers maneuver" to lock the Ukrainian units.
- There are two strategically important cities Lutsk and Dnipro and it seems natural for the Russian side to cut off Western supplies coming in from Poland. A significant part of the Ukrainian army is also in the eastern parts of the country and if you can cut them off, you take a lot of territory, he says in P1-morgon and continues:
- The pliers maneuver would be enormous if you succeed and every meter you take is something Ukraine may never get back.
