Criticism of the porn questions: “Fortunately not illegal”
During Thursday's interrogation of the Norwegian “bonus prince” Marius Borg Høiby, a series of questions were asked about his porn habits and search history, to which Borg Høiby himself reacted strongly. Prosecutor Sturla Henriksbø tells Dagbladet that the questions were reasonable.
– In a case where Høiby is charged with four counts of rape while sleeping, it is obviously relevant to determine whether he has a sexual interest in sleeping women, he says.
Borg Høiby's defense attorney Ellen Holager Andenæs disagrees. She points out that during the interrogation it became clear that he had not viewed any illegal form of porn.
– Fortunately for many, it is not illegal to search for porn, she says.
