He started at 7:48 p.m.

And continued for four hours and eleven minutes.

Donald Trump's anger has a reason, writes Politico.

One minute before midnight local time, Trump logged out of his account on Truth Social.

The US president used Sunday evening to write many and very long posts.

"Evening rage"

And the anger was directed in many directions.

It started with the media's coverage of the Iran war and ended with the governor of the Riksbank and the courts.

The political news site Politico sees a reason for the results that they call Trump's "Sunday evening rage".

The site writes that Donald Trump  “is increasingly at the mercy of forces he has unleashed – but cannot control.”

That is why he has targeted everyone who has challenged him and, in some cases, had the power to stop his decisions.

Angry about a lot

In the article with the headline ”Trump is losing battie after battie-hence the posts ” Politico points out the things that are currently filling the president with anger.

There are rising gas prices, rising unemployment, the war against Iran, the cracks in his political coalition, the collapse of his tariff strategy, the review of the Epstein files, the low opinion ratings that could risk the Republican majority in the mid-term elections this fall and the fiasco of trying to prosecute his political opponents.

So during the evening, Trump directed his anger at “the few functioning limits to his power that still exist: the media, independent oversight agencies and the federal justice system,” writes Politico.

Proposes treason charges

The first post was published at 7:48 p.m.

There he attacks the media for, according to him, willingly allowing themselves to be manipulated by Iranian disinformation about alleged successes in the war.

The “radical left-wing press knows this, but continues to publish fake stories and lies. That’s why their approval ratings are so low and I was able to win the election OVERWHELMINGLY even though I only get five percent positive press,” writes the president.

He claims that the media published fake Iranian AI images of burning American buildings and ships, which should lead to treason charges.

“I AM MAGA”

Later, at 10:30 p.m. local time, he attacked those in his MAGA movement who criticize the Iran war and American support for Israel.

This was done by defending conservative profile Mark Levin, who has fallen out with other people on the right by standing up for Trump’s line.

“Those who speak ill of Mark will quickly be sidelined, just like people whose ideas, policies and positions are not sustainable. THEY ARE NOT MAGA, I AM, and MAGA means not allowing Iran — a sick, twisted and violent terrorist regime — to obtain nuclear weapons to blow up the United States, the Middle East and ultimately the rest of the world. MAGA is about stopping them, and that is exactly what we are doing,” Trump writes.

He issues a warning to his allies who have publicly criticized the war – and thus Mark Levin.

Bitter about tariffs

“When you hear others unfairly attack Mark, remember that they are jealous and angry people, whose ‘influence’ is much less than the public believes, and who – now that they know where I stand – will quickly diminish even more,” the president writes.

Then, at 10:45 p.m., Trump turned his anger to the Supreme Court for ruling that his punitive tariffs were illegal.

“The decision that meant the most to me was about TARIFFS! The court knew what I wanted, how much I wanted this victory for our country, and instead chose to potentially give away trillions of dollars to countries and companies that have exploited the United States for decades,” he writes.

Trump is also still angry about his 2020 election loss and at the Supreme Court for not addressing his allegations of fraud.

Wrote twice

“They wouldn’t even bring up the rigged 2020 presidential election, because they said I, as President of the United States, had no ‘right’ to question it. And now, over time, it has been conclusively proven that it was stolen — and look what happened to our great nation when they let a grossly incompetent man, Sleepy Joe Biden, be our ‘President,’” Trump writes.

The president concluded the evening’s showdown with his enemies by publishing a long exposé against Fed Chairman Jerome Powell twice, at 10:46 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.

“The courts treat Republicans, and me, so unfairly and always seem to protect those who shouldn’t be protected. They are heavily politicized. The cases themselves don’t matter — it’s the judge who does! For example: how is it that this absolutely terrible chairman of the Riksbank, Jerome ‘Too Late’ Powell, is not even being investigated for the terrible job he is doing?”, Trump asks himself at the beginning of the post.

In total, Donald Trump received 18,360 characters of angry outrage on Truth Social during Sunday evening.

However, a number of the characters were published twice.
