Cory Mills, 46, is a member of the House of Representatives and is running in the Republican primary next week to win the chance to become the party's nominee in the fall elections.

Mills has been accused by several ex-girlfriends of both assault and harassment.
One of the women says Mills threatened to use revenge porn against her.
He has also been investigated for suspicions that he used his political influence to secure federal contracts for his private companies.

Mills is also accused of providing false information and inflating his role from his time in the military.
He denies all charges.
The Republican politician who has been in the most stormy weather recently is Congressman Max Miller,37, from Ohio.
Miller, who is running for re-election this fall, is accused of physically and emotionally abusing his ex-wife Emily Moreno and their two-year-old daughter.
The ex-wife’s father – Republican Senator Bernie Moreno – has said that Miller held a gun to the woman’s head, scalded her with hot water and broke her daughter’s collarbone.
Two other women have accused him of relationship-related violence.
“Belongs in prison”
Senator Moreno said in a statement last month that Miller “is a danger to my daughter and I hold my breath every minute he has custody of my grandson. If there are any basic requirements for holding elected office, Max Miller does not meet them.”
Miller denies all charges.
According to Axios, Donald Trump called Miller and expressed concern about the allegations against him, but did not publicly call for him to drop out.
On Monday, Politico revealed that the White House, in phone meetings with senior Republicans in Ohio, urged them not to demand that Miller drop out of his re-election campaign.
However, according to Politico, the allegations against him may be too much for voters to swallow.
Although Miller represents a “safe” Republican district, he is currently doing poorly against his Democratic opponent in recent opinion polls.
– As I've said before, if the allegations against Miller are proven true, he belongs in prison, not in Congress, says Democrat Bruce Poindexter, who is running against Miller in the election on November 3, according to Politico.
