79 arrested on suspicion of arson in Greece
79 people have been arrested in Greece on suspicion of arson in connection with the forest fires raging in the country, the BBC reports. In a televised speech on Thursday, the country's Civil Protection Minister Vassilis Kikilias called those who deliberately start fires "arson scum", according to AFP.
- You will not get away with it, we will find you, you will be held accountable, he said.
Hundreds of firefighters across Greece are fighting to put out the forest fires. In the last few days alone, around 20 people have died in the fires.

List of 388 Missing on Maui: 'Gives Great Pain'
Authorities on Maui have released the names of 388 people who are still missing after the violent wildfires. This is reported by several media.
The list has been compiled by the FBI. At the same time, anyone who knows someone on the list - and knows that the person is safe - is urged to get in touch immediately.
- We understand that the list will lead to great pain for the relatives. This is not an easy thing to do, but we want to ensure that we do everything in our power, says police chief John Peltier according to the AP.
