Iran and Oman have agreed on an agreement regarding the disputed Strait of Hormuz, claims the Revolutionary Guard in Iran.

– We have reached results that have been accepted by both sides, a spokesman for the Guard told the Iranian news agency Tasnim.

The agreement is said to determine how shipping in the strait will be distributed, as well as the revenues.

The spokesman also accuses the US of disrupting the negotiations with Oman, reports Al Jazeera. Last week, US President Donald Trump threatened to “bomb the shit” out of Oman if the country stands in the way of a settlement on the Strait of Hormuz.
