AI expert: You don't know what the market will look like
One of the many question marks when it comes to AI services like the ones Open AI sells is how the user should interact with them. That's what state research institute Rise's expert Carl Heath says in an interview with SvD Näringsliv.
He stresses that there are alternatives to the startup's dialogue-based solution, such as voice-based AI or systems integrated into products such as glasses.
- You simply do not yet know what that market will look like.

Data: Open AI could be valued at 1,000 billion
Chat GPT creator Open AI is in early talks about a new capital round that could value the company at over $100 billion, equivalent to SEK 1,000 billion, according to information provided to Bloomberg.
If the funding pans out, it would solidify Open AI's position as one of the world's most highly valued startups – surpassed only by Elon Musk's space company Space X.
The AI company is expected to close another capital raising in early January, in which employees are allowed to sell shares at a valuation of $86 billion. That's about three times higher than the valuation a year ago.
Open AI has not commented on the new data.
