Netanyahu expressed doubts about agreement in meeting with Trump

Iran was the main topic of the 90-minute meeting. According to the official, Netanyahu wanted to increase economic pressure on Iran and claimed that the Strait of Hormuz is the country's last major means of pressure on the US. Trump is also said to have expressed concern about the impact of the war on energy markets and the global economy.

Syria was also discussed. The Israeli delegation showed a map of how large parts of the country are controlled by Turkey and Israel, respectively, to influence Trump's view of the situation.

Around midnight Swedish time, Centcom stated that Iran had fired missiles at US troops in the Middle East. Last night, Iran specified that the targets were military bases in Jordan.
