One of the tallest skyscrapers in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, is partially closing following repeated attacks on the city.

Employees working in offices within the Saudi landmark, the "Kingdom Centre," are no longer to work on-site at the 302-meter-tall skyscraper.

They have been instructed to work remotely until further notice, according to the building’s office management.

"Please refrain from visiting the offices during this period," the management wrote in an email seen by AFP.

However, a shopping mall located on the lower levels of the 99-story building will remain open.

The Iran-backed Houthi movement in Yemen has intensified its attacks on Saudi Arabia in recent weeks, including strikes targeting the capital, Riyadh.
