Three people were killed on Sunday in an Israeli attack on a university in Gaza City, according to university staff and a local hospital.

Al-Shifa Hospital reports that it received three bodies and treated eight injured people following a drone strike on the university in Gaza City. According to two sources at the Islamic University, those killed were members of the administrative staff, while the injured were students.

Four additional people were reportedly killed in other locations in the area, according to the Hamas-controlled civil defense.

The Israeli military stated that it is investigating the reports.
