Unusually small deviation in North Korea's regional elections
North Korea has held "regional elections", which of course are completely controlled by the ruling power. But for the first time since the 1960s, the alleged election result in favor of the candidates presented is some percentage point lower than 100 percent. This is reported by Reuters with reference to South Korea's Ministry of Unification.
