Meta's spokesperson on Russian wanted list
Russia has put Meta spokesperson Andy Stone on a wanted list, the Moscow Times reports. What crime Stone is accused of is not clear from the Russian Interior Ministry's database.
The announcement comes just weeks after Russian authorities decided to classify Meta, which owns both Facebook and Instagram, as "a terrorist and extremist" company.
A Russian criminal investigation against Meta claims that the company's actions incite violence against Russians, writes AFP. After the Russian invasion began, Andy Stone announced temporary changes to Meta's hate speech policy.
The company decided to allow political expression that normally violates the rules, giving "death to the Russian invaders" as an example. In the same statement, Stone wrote that credible calls for violence against Russian civilians remained prohibited

Zelenskyy: The West has promised warships in the Black Sea
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims that Western allies have agreed to assist with warships and "very powerful" air defense systems to protect Ukraine's grain corridor in the Black Sea. This is what the ISW think tank writes in a status report.
The statement came during a grain conference in Kyiv, but the president did not specify which countries he was referring to.
In July, Russia pulled out of the agreement that allowed Ukraine to export over 30 million tons of grain despite the war.
