Source: Hamastopp travels to Egypt for talks on a break
Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh is to visit Egypt today for talks on a new ceasefire, an anonymous source close to the Palestinian terror group told AFP. Even the BBC has information about the visit.
It would allow for further releases of people held hostage by Hamas and Palestinians held in Israeli prisons.
According to the source, the talks in Egypt focus, among other things, on obtaining emergency aid.
The last time the parties agreed on a ceasefire, Egypt was involved in Qatar's mediation, the BBC writes.
