Israel: Will not leave Lebanon even if the US demands it

The Israeli military will not leave southern Lebanon, even if the US explicitly demands it. This was announced by Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz in a speech, Haaretz reports.

200,000 Lebanese who were displaced from their homes in southern Lebanon will not be allowed to return home.

– There will be no civilians and no terrorists, he says.
