Marjorie Taylor Greene turns her back on the Republicans
Former congresswoman and Maga profile Marjorie Taylor Greene says she is done with the Republicans. In doing so, she is putting herself on the same side as conservative profile Tucker Carlson and announcing that she no longer intends to support the party ahead of the midterm elections, reports The Hill.
"Tucker is not the only one who has had enough of supporting the Republican Party. That does not mean we are becoming Democrats either. But we are done with the USA-last party that the Republicans have become," Greene writes on social media in response to Carlson's statement.
Tucker Carlson breaks with the Republicans: "I'm pulling out"
Tucker Carlson has had enough of the Republicans and will not support the party ahead of the midterm elections. This is what the conservative profile says in the podcast “Can’t be censored”. He also adds that he will not vote for the Democrats.
– So I don’t know what I’m going to do, he says.
The former Fox host supported Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 election, but is strongly critical of the US’s actions in Iran. He believes that the war took place against the will of the Americans and at their expense.
– I have consistently defended the Republican Party for 35 years, but there is no way to defend this. So no, I’m withdrawing. And if I withdraw, then I think many others will too.
