Turkey proposes agreement between Russia and Ukraine

Turkey has presented a draft agreement to Russia and Ukraine, a Turkish diplomat states.

The agreement aims to put an end to attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea.

"We have shared a draft memorandum with the Russians and the Ukrainians to find a solution to the attacks taking place in the Black Sea," the diplomat told the news agency AFP.

This information comes on the same day that Russia is accused of yet another attack on a civilian vessel. According to Ukraine's Ministry of Infrastructure, the captain of the Tanzania-flagged ship was killed.
