she says that she is motivated to continue as party leader and candidate for prime minister, but that it is important for her to be a plus - not a minus - for Høyre.
- I and the party have to discuss that going forward, says Erna Solberg.

Erna Solberg is not being investigated for her husband's share dealings
The Norwegian Ecocrime Authority will not initiate any preliminary investigation against former Prime Minister Erna Solberg regarding her husband Sindre Finne's share purchase, Norwegian media reports.
Neither will the husband be investigated. According to the authority, there is no reasonable basis for investigating whether a crime exists.
In August, it was discovered that Finnes earned around two million kroner from more than 3,000 stock deals during Solberg's eight years as prime minister, which has meant that she can be perceived as stubborn in several decisions. Solberg has stated that she did not know about the deals.
- I am still sorry that I was incompetent, says Solberg according to NRK.
