Iran rejects negotiations with the US – ceasefire expires soon
Iran will not participate in the negotiations with the US on Monday, the IRNA news agency reports according to Reuters.
Donald Trump announced during the day that the US will send a delegation to Pakistan for the talks.
And there are only a few days left until Wednesday, when the ceasefire between the countries expires.
This is about the second round of negotiations between the countries.
Earlier on Sunday, Iran stated that they had not decided whether they would participate in direct talks, but now the announcement came.
According to the Iranian news agency Tasnim, which is semi-governmental, Iran has said that they will not send any delegation "as long as the US blockade continues", reports Reuters.
The US has not commented on Iran's announcement that they will not show up.
