Violent student protests have erupted in India.

The movement calls itself the Cockroach Party.

And they are demanding one thing.

On Monday, thousands of youth protesters in New Delhi were met with both tear gas and batons when police tried to disperse the protests.

But according to the founder of the Cockroach Party, there is no reason for the young people to back down.

– We will continue, says Abhijeet Dipke, 30, to the AP.
