Houthi movement attacks Saudi oil facility
The Iran-backed Houthi movement in Yemen has attacked a Saudi oil facility belonging to the oil company Aramco.
The Shiite Muslim Houthi movement's military spokesman, Yahya Saree, said in a statement on Telegram that two attacks were carried out with drones:
"The first was aimed at a sensitive target at the Saudi enemy country's airport in Najran, while the second (attack) was aimed at Aramco's operations in Najran."
The attacks followed new warnings from Tehran directed at arch-rival Saudi Arabia. Iran threatened that Saudi Arabia would not "be able to stop" the Houthi movement's intensified attacks on Saudi targets.
