United Arab Emirates Cuts Trade Ties with Iran

The United Arab Emirates cuts economic ties with Iran, reports AFP.

– In light of the escalation in the region [...], all trade, commercial exchanges and economic transactions have been stopped until further notice, says Afra al-Hameli, the Emirati Foreign Ministry's communications director

Earlier on Tuesday, the United Arab Emirates accused Iran of firing two ballistic missiles at the country. Iran "categorically denies" the claim.

Sources: Iran Considering Attacking the US in Europe

Iran is considering attacking US military targets in Europe if the war escalates further, sources close to the regime told the Financial Times.

Two sources from the inner circle of the Iranian regime say that the military has, among other things, evaluated an attack on US military bases in Bulgaria. One of the sources further states that they have considered striking Cyprus.

A separate track in Iran's possible response to an escalation is also said to be attacks targeting fiber optic submarine cables in the Strait of Hormuz.

The Revolutionary Guard and military commanders have recently warned that they will go further than before if the conflict with the US flares up again.
