Harry and Meghan move back to the UK
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are moving back to the UK after six years in the US, British media reports.
The couple are moving to a private, non-royal residence outside London. Their children Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, have been enrolled in a British school and are due to start next month.
Harry and Meghan have no plans to resume any royal duties. They will keep their homes in California and Portugal, and Meghan Markle will continue to run her food company As Ever from the UK.
Analysis: No signs of reconciliation between the brothers
It has been a tumultuous few years within the British royal family, with accusations of both racism and neglect and a strained relationship between the prince brothers, to say the least. But now Prince Harry is ready to come home, writes The Telegraph's Victoria Ward.
The news that Harry and his wife Meghan are moving back to the UK after six years in the US hit like a bomb on Wednesday evening. And many questions remain, writes Ward. Why are they moving home right now? What will their role be in the royal family? The decision should at least not be interpreted as the beginning of a reconciliation between Harry and his brother William, writes Ward.

So far, the biggest obstacle has been how the family’s safety will be guaranteed, after Harry’s taxpayer-funded police protection was withdrawn in connection with the move to the US. How that part will be resolved in connection with the move is still very unclear, writes the BBC’s Daniela Relph.
The decision appears to have been made recently and King Charles was reportedly informed as late as Sunday. This further contributes to the image of Harry and Meghan as thoroughbred professionals at surprises, according to Relph.
One thing is certain, says Sky News’ Laura Bundock. The couple's return could have a major impact on the royal family.
