To achieve "lasting peace" in the Middle East, Iran's missile program must be addressed and its allied groups must be addressed.

This is what the Gulf foreign ministers said in a joint statement after a meeting with the US secretary of state on Thursday.

The ministers stressed that lasting peace in the region requires addressing the full range of the Iranian threat, including ballistic missiles, drones and support for regional groups (such as Hezbollah and the Houthi movement).

They also emphasize that all trade exchanges and investments with Tehran are conditional and can be withdrawn, depending entirely on whether the country follows the declaration of intent and respects its agreement with the United States.
