Two arrested over sabotage plots in Germany

German police have arrested two men from Belarus on suspicion of preparing acts of sabotage.

The men were arrested in early October; according to prosecutors, they had planned an attack on a railway line near Nuremberg, reports *Der Speigel*.

The men are also suspected of sabotage in Romania, where they allegedly started a fire in September at a facility that manufactures grenade launchers and military equipment. According to Romanian intelligence, the men belong to a network directed from Moscow.

A third man, suspected of involvement in starting the fire in Romania, was arrested in Poland on Monday, according to the newspaper.
