Two people are wanted in custody - there is a new suspect  

Two men are wanted in custody after the explosion in Uppsala. In addition, another man is arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting. This is reported by Expressen.  

The men are wanted in custody for murder and serious public danger. The detention hearing will take place on Friday afternoon. The 25-year-old woman who was killed in the blast is not considered to have been the target of the crime.  

Catarina Bowall, head of command at the police, makes the assessment that the act has a connection to the national wave of violence, writes TT.

The Foxtrot network has spread to six police districts in Norway. This is what Kristin Kvigne, head of the Norwegian National Criminal Police Kripos, tells NRK. 

She emphasizes that there is no "Swedish condition" in Norway, but that the conditions are similar to those in Sweden to the extent that crime is controlled from abroad.  

- While those who rule in Sweden sit in Turkey, ours sit in Morocco, she says.  

Kvigne adds that there are other Swedish organized criminals who provide services to Norwegian criminals, and that the threshold for establishing themselves in Norway has become lower.

Record seizure of drugs in Värmland - two  arrested 

Over 280 kilos of cannabis have been seized by customs in Värmland this week, reports Nya Wermlands-Tidningen.  

- This is the largest drug seizure we have made in Värmland, says Roger Nilsson, group manager at the Customs Office in Hån in a press release.  

It was on Tuesday that customs stopped a passenger car near the Norwegian border in Hån for a check. According to group manager Stefan Ekenbäck, suspicions were caught quickly. 

- Fairly immediately, we understood that there were drugs and that they were in large quantities. So we froze the situation and called in more patrols, he says. 

Two men were arrested as a result of the control, suspected of particularly serious drug offences. Arrest hearings in the case will be held on Friday.
