Apple spyware warning goes out in 110 countries

Apple has sent out warning notices to users in 110 countries that they may have been targeted by advanced spyware, reports Engadget.

This concerns so-called commercial spyware that is usually sold to states and used against journalists, activists and politicians, among others.

A warning does not necessarily mean that the device has been hacked, but Apple urges recipients to act immediately and activate the extra secure lock mode.

Major data leak hits Swedish crypto customers

Personal information about nearly 14,000 customers of crypto wallet company Trezor has been leaked after a breach at one of the company's suppliers. This is reported by the Financial Times.

Among those affected are customers in Sweden, according to Trezor. Names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are among the data that has been exposed.

It has become increasingly common for crypto holders to become targets of both physical and digital attacks, with criminals trying to gain access to their assets, according to the newspaper.
