Trilateral talks regarding the war in Ukraine will take place next month, according to Russian sources.

The talks are likely to be held in Abu Dhabi during the first half of November, stated Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.

“They will be held in a trilateral format,” he said, according to Interfax.

On Thursday evening, President Vladimir Putin indicated his readiness to resume trilateral talks with the United States and Ukraine, provided that certain conditions are met.

“The goal of these discussions concerns the issue of guaranteeing security for both Ukraine and Russia, within the framework of a final agreement,” Putin said on Russian state television—adding that he is not interested in “any kind of brief pause in the hostilities.”

This week, U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff held talks with the leaders of Ukraine and Russia, in Oslo and St. Petersburg, respectively.
