Kosovo is going to the polls for the third time in 18 months. Frustration is growing among voters over the political deadlock.

- Enough is enough, says retired teacher Gezim Selimi after voting in the capital Pristina on Sunday.

- I expect the parties to come to their senses and work for Kosovo, instead of wasting time on power plays by holding one new election after another.

After winning the election in February last year, Prime Minister Albin Kurti failed to gather a majority to form a government. The political crisis led to new elections in December, which also failed to break the deadlock.

University lecturer Safet Gerxhaliu does not believe that Sunday's elections will change anything. Kosovo is in the biggest crisis since independence in 2008, he says.

- The institutions are on the verge of collapse.
