At least three people have been injured in a school attack in Warsaw.

Poland is now reeling from its third school attack in just one week.

A 21-year-old woman armed with a knife attacked several people at a school in the Polish capital on Saturday, Onet reports.

Two 17-year-old girls and a 24-year-old woman were injured and have been taken to the hospital. The injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Police arrived at the scene four minutes after the incident and arrested the woman. No motive has yet emerged.

According to reports by Onet, the woman was a student at the school, but she reportedly did not know the victims.

This incident in Poland is the third in just one week. On Thursday, a 15-year-old boy launched an attack, injuring three people at a school in Wyszków, a few miles northeast of Warsaw. A 37-year-old woman died from her injuries.

The day before that, nine people were injured in a knife attack in Ostrołęka. Homemade explosives were found in the 19-year-old perpetrator's backpack.

Polish police have inspected 35,000 schools in recent days and arrested 59 young people who had posted videos on social media threatening to carry out attacks.
