Poland demands tougher measures against Russia.
The country's prime minister is also giving a boot to French President Macron for his talks with Putin.
- Would you really negotiate with Hitler, Stalin or Pol Pot?says Mateusz Morawiecki.
When Ukrainian forces captured Butja after the Russian retreat, horrific images were wired out into the world media.
The
killing of civilians in Butja is described as pure execution, a
massacre. War crimes - mean several world leaders who now demand that
Russia be held accountable.
But the reactions of the outside world have not been strong enough, says Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
He
also sharply criticizes French President Emmanuel Macron, who has held
talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin several times since the
outbreak of the war.

How many times have you negotiated with Putin and what have you
achieved? We do not discuss, we do not negotiate, with criminals.
Criminals must be fought. No one negotiated with Hitler.
Would you really negotiate with Hitler, Stalin or Pol Pot?
Want to investigate genocide
Morawiecki also wants Russia's actions in Ukraine to be investigated as genocide, reports the news agency AFP.
-
The bloody massacres carried out by Russians, by Russian soldiers, must
be called by its proper name. This is genocide and must be condemned,
he says, according to AFP.
- Therefore, we propose an international investigation to investigate this genocide crime.
He also says that the current sanctions obviously do not work, and that he wants to see more sanctions.
Clear and targeted sanctions are necessary.
German
Chancellor Olaf Scholz also got a boot for Germany's unwillingness to
impose sanctions on Russian gas because it would affect the German
economy:
-
It is not the German businessmen and billionaires, who will probably
stop you from taking action, that you should listen to in Berlin today,
but the voices of innocent women and children.
