Zelenskyj at a defense meeting in Germany - with Jonson
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Germany to participate in a summit at the US air force base Ramstein. In a statement, he says he will discuss air defenses, arms deliveries and the need for "strong" decisions on long-range weapons to Ukraine.
It is US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin who invited defense ministers and other military leaders to the meeting. Sweden's Minister of Defense Pål Jonson (M) also participates.
Zelenskyy will also meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz before heading to Italy to meet with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

Healey: "Putin caught off guard - pondering response"
Britain's new Defense Secretary John Healey says Ukraine's Kursk offensive shocked Russian President Vladimir Putin.
- It is clear that he was caught off guard when he left parts of his border undefended, and that he is still thinking about how to respond, he says in an interview with Politico.
In the interview, the minister also comments on Britain's announcement to send 650 new air defense systems of the LMM type to Ukraine. He says that Ukraine is entering a "critical period" of the war and that Britain will support the country.

NATO countries accuse the GRU of cyber attacks against Ukraine
Federal prosecutors in the United States have indicted five people in Russia's military intelligence service (GRU) who are accused of being behind cyber attacks against Ukraine and several NATO countries, the Washington Post reports.
The Russian cyber attacks, which go by the collective name "Whispergate", have among other things been directed against networks in the Ukrainian government and computer systems with connections to 26 NATO countries.
The five accused persons are active in a hacker group that belongs to one of the GRU's most secret departments, "unit 29155".
