The drone found on the ice of a lake near the Russian border in southeastern Finland on Tuesday likely originated in Ukraine, Finnish police say. This means that three Ukrainian drones have crashed in the country in a short period of time.

The drone is believed to have entered Finnish airspace sometime between Monday and Tuesday. The incident, which is being investigated as a public danger, follows two similar drone finds on Sunday.

“The case is not being investigated as a serious public danger, unlike the two other cases involving downed aircraft, as there is nothing to indicate that the crash site posed a serious risk to a large number of people,” said Chief Criminal Inspector Risto Lohi in a press release.

Ukraine has apologized and stated that the drones en route to targets in Russia were probably electronically disrupted by the Russians.
