Ukraine says parts of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant were seriously damaged in Friday's attacks.
And there is still the risk of radioactive leakage.
The Ukrainian nuclear power authority Energoatom states that the shelling "caused a serious risk to the safe operation of the plant".
According to a statement from the authority on Telegram, there is still a risk of leakage of hydrogen and radioactive substances, and the risk of fire is high.
Ukraine and Russia accuse each other of shelling the nuclear power plant.
The Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant was occupied by the Russian military early in the country's invasion of Ukraine. EU foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell writes on Twitter that the EU condemns the Russian military's activity at the nuclear power plant.
"This is a serious and irresponsible violation of nuclear safety rules and yet another example of Russia's disregard for international norms," he writes.

New phase
The situation near the nuclear power plant looks set to escalate in the future. According to the British Ministry of Defence's latest update, the war in Ukraine is about to enter a new phase, where the heaviest fighting will take place along a front line of around 350 kilometers, stretching from the city of Zaporizhzhya to Kherson.
Russia is building up its military preparedness in the southern parts of Ukraine, the ministry writes.
Long convoys of military trucks, tanks and artillery continue to move away from the Donbass region in the east to the southwest, according to the ministry. In addition, equipment is being moved from Russia and from other Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine.
