The US admits that aid to Ukraine will probably be lower
The US State Department admits that support to Ukraine in the future may be lower than in 2022 and 2023. The statement was made by spokesman Matthew Miller during a press conference last night, which the Kyiv Independent notes.
At the appearance, Miller said that the United States will support Ukraine "as long as it takes", but that this does not mean that the military support will be at the same level as in the last two years.
- We don't think it should be necessary because the end goal is to get Ukraine [...] to stand on its own two feet, says Miller.
The hope is that Ukraine will be able to finance and build its own military equipment, says Miller. But he also adds that Ukraine is not there yet and that it is therefore important that the US Congress votes through the latest aid package.

Terrorist threats in Europe
IS calls for attacks on Jews and Christians
In an audio message published by IS, the terrorist group calls for attacks on Jews and Christians, German media reports with reference to the DPA news agency. The US and Europe in particular are singled out as areas for possible attacks.
The call from IS comes not long after the German intelligence service warned of Islamist terror attacks in Germany, as a result of the war between Israel and Hamas.
At the same time, IS advises Hamas against cooperation with groups belonging to the Shia Muslim branch. The Lebanese militia Hezbollah belongs to that direction.
